As I was looking through my stamps for a flower set I came across this one. Hydrangea's are my favorite flower. So I thought I would give it a try.
I've seen a few cards recently that have ink dot paper and wanted to give it a try... Not what I was hoping for. I got a mix of large spots and little dots... I will have to keep trying until I get it just how I want it.
This was a cool technique as the ink dried a lot faster than I thought it would. I have stamped on vellum in the past and it usually takes a good 24 hours before you can touch it this didn't take nearly that long. :)
I will be looking for another stamp set tomorrow to try this technique again!
Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteOh, this is beautiful, Tonya! I just love that image and the colours you chose!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, the color on the flowers is so lovely and delicate! I don't use vellum often either, so I am glad it was part of this weeks challenge!
